Terms of use
Scope, purpose and extent
These provisions (hereinafter, the “TERMS OF USE”) govern access to and use of the website service that INTERAL makes available to Internet users (hereinafter, the “USER(S)”) through the domain www.interal.es (hereinafter, the “WEBSITE”).
Notwithstanding the above, access to certain content and the use of some of the services made available to the USER through the WEBSITE may be subject to specific conditions (hereinafter, the “SPECIFIC CONDITIONS”) which, as the case may be, shall replace, supplement and/or amend these TERMS OF USE and which, in the event of conflict, shall prevail over them. Such SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, where applicable, shall be made available to USERS on the WEBSITE itself.
Consequently, before accessing such content and/or using such services, the USER must carefully read and, where appropriate, accept the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS governing them in the version published at the time of such access and/or use.
INTERAL reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, any modification or update to the content, to these TERMS OF USE and, where applicable, to the corresponding SPECIFIC CONDITIONS and, in general, to any elements making up the design and configuration of the WEBSITE.
The TERMS OF USE published in the latest update of the WEBSITE shall apply, with those published on the WEBSITE at any given time applying to each visit.
By accessing the WEBSITE, the USER expressly and unreservedly consents to and accepts these TERMS OF USE, which determine how it may be used, such acceptance having the same validity and effect as any written and signed contract. Should the USER not fully accept these TERMS OF USE, they shall not be authorised to access the WEBSITE.
USER registration and password
Where use of the WEBSITE and/or access to certain content and/or services made available through it requires USER registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information for that purpose.
The USER shall make diligent use of the username and password assigned to them for that purpose and shall be responsible for their proper safekeeping and confidentiality, undertaking not to transfer their use to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, and not to allow access to them by unauthorised persons.
In the event of theft, loss or unauthorised access to their username and password, the USER shall be responsible for immediately notifying INTERAL of this circumstance so that it may proceed to cancel them. Under no circumstances shall INTERAL be liable for actions carried out by unauthorised third parties using the USER's username and password until such notification by the USER takes place.
Financial terms for access to and use of the WEBSITE
Unless otherwise stated in the SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, access to the WEBSITE and its content is free of charge, except for the cost of connection to the telecommunications network contracted by the USER with their provider, which shall be borne by the USER.
Industrial and Intellectual Property rights
All Industrial and Intellectual Property rights over the WEBSITE are legally reserved, and access to or use of them by the USER shall not be construed in any way as granting any licence of use or right over any asset owned by INTERAL and/or any third parties. This reservation of rights covers both (i) the look and feel and the code, design and navigation structure of the WEBSITE; and (ii) the content that may be included and distributed through the WEBSITE in any format and, in particular, any technical data, catalogues, images and audiovisual content that INTERAL includes on the WEBSITE.
The inclusion on the WEBSITE of references to trade names, trademarks, logos or other distinctive signs, whether registered or not and whether owned by INTERAL or by third parties, is subject to a prohibition on their use without the express consent of INTERAL or of their legitimate owner.
Consequently, the USER may only view and use the content and services made available through the WEBSITE on a strictly personal and private basis, and provided that this is not for the purpose of carrying out commercial or professional activities with such content and/or services.
It is likewise prohibited to decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, sublicense or transmit in any way, translate or create derivative works of the computer programs necessary for the operation of, and access to and use of, the WEBSITE. The USER must refrain at all times from removing, altering, circumventing or manipulating any protection device or security system that may be installed on the WEBSITE.
Liability and warranties
Anyone using the WEBSITE does so at their own risk. The USER undertakes to (i) not engage in any conduct that could damage the image, interests or rights of INTERAL or of third parties, that could damage, disable or overload the WEBSITE, or that could in any way prevent its normal use; and (ii) use the WEBSITE in full compliance with the law and standard commercial practice.
Consequently, the USER shall be liable, vis-à-vis INTERAL and/or third parties, for any damages that may be caused as a result of the breach of such obligations.
INTERAL adopts the security measures it deems appropriate to maintain the correct operation of the WEBSITE and to detect the existence of viruses and harmful components. Nevertheless, the USER must be aware that the security measures of computer systems on the Internet are not entirely reliable and that, therefore, INTERAL cannot guarantee (i) the continuous availability of the content and services on the WEBSITE; (ii) the absence of errors in such content or the correction of any defect that may occur; (iii) the absence of viruses or other harmful elements that could cause alterations to the USER's computer systems (software and hardware) or to their electronic documents and files; nor (iv) the infallibility of the security measures adopted.
Likewise, INTERAL reserves the right to interrupt the service, partially or totally and temporarily or permanently, in the event of technical changes or faults, giving prior notice where possible through the WEBSITE or through any other means enabled for that purpose.
Links
Linked sites
Through the WEBSITE, INTERAL makes available to the USER technical linking devices (such as buttons, links and banners) that may lead the USER to other Internet sites or portals belonging to and/or managed by third parties over which INTERAL exercises no control whatsoever (hereinafter, the “LINKED SITES”).
The USER should note that by using such linking devices and accessing the LINKED SITES from the WEBSITE, these TERMS OF USE will cease to apply.
INTERAL neither knows nor controls in any way the content and services included in the LINKED SITES, and the inclusion of access to them through the WEBSITE does not imply, under any circumstances, (i) that INTERAL recommends or approves the content and services hosted on the LINKED SITES; and/or (ii) that any kind of relationship, collaboration or dependence exists between INTERAL and the party responsible for the LINKED SITE.
Consequently, INTERAL assumes no liability whatsoever in relation to the LINKED SITES and is therefore not responsible for their operation, for the content and services hosted on them, or for the links contained in such LINKED SITES.
Should the USER become aware of the unlawfulness or inappropriateness of the content, services or any other activities carried out through a LINKED SITE, they must immediately notify INTERAL so that it may, where appropriate, adopt the measures it deems suitable.
Hyperlinks
The establishment of hypertext links (hyperlinks) on other sites or web pages is authorised, provided that they are directed to the home page of the WEBSITE or, as the case may be, to any other internal page (deep link) of the WEBSITE, and that the corresponding pages appear in a full window and under their respective URLs, with the party establishing the hyperlink assuming full responsibility and any risk arising from doing so.
The site or web page establishing the hyperlink may not in any way state that INTERAL has authorised such hyperlink, unless INTERAL has done so expressly and in writing.
If the third party inserting the hyperlink on its site or web page wishes to include therein the trademark, name, trade name, sign, logo or any other identifying element owned by INTERAL and/or relating to the WEBSITE, it must first obtain the prior, express and written authorisation of INTERAL.
In any event, the display of a page of the website www.interal.es within a window of another website not belonging to INTERAL and/or the other entities forming part of its business group, by means of the technique known as “framing”, is expressly prohibited unless it has the express consent of INTERAL.
Likewise, the insertion of any type of content distributed through www.interal.es into a site or web page other than the WEBSITE, by means of the technique known as “in-line linking”, is expressly prohibited unless it has the express consent of INTERAL.
The establishment of a hyperlink in accordance with the above conditions shall not, under any circumstances, imply the existence of a relationship between INTERAL and the owner/party responsible for the site or web page on which such hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance or approval by INTERAL of its content and/or services.
In any event, INTERAL reserves the right to prohibit or disable at any time any hyperlink to the WEBSITE, particularly in cases of unlawful activity and/or content on the site or web page on which it is included.

For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to the WEBSITE, its content and/or the services that INTERAL makes available to the USER through the WEBSITE, the USER and INTERAL expressly agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Donostia-San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond to them, where this is legally possible.
